Help J&J HWS Customer Solutions team leverage clinical psychologist knowledge base to articulate individual patient success needs for HCP’s.

SOLUTION: Worked with behavioral psychologists and digital health teams to develop a web-based assessment tool for schizophrenia patients adopting and adhering to long-acting injectable treatments.  Reverse engineered an icicle chart into a dynamic visualization tool for defining and recording patient specific lifestyle factors that drive adherence.

Shopper Journey / Omnichannel Models

GOAL: Help clients wrap their head around the interconnectivity of omni-channel touchpoints.

SOLUTION: Developed a proprietary model to visualize the evolved shopper journey through a simplified 3-stage omni-channel ecosystem that ultimately builds a loyalty loop when successful.

Clorox / Glad Trash Category Post-Covid Strategy

GOAL:
Help customer teams articulate their go-forward strategy of how shoppers priorities are shifting post-COVID.

SOLUTION: Conceived an intuitive model projecting 3 successive peaks of shopper influence (Value / Protection / Responsibility) following the disruption and reset of COVID on the home waste category. This laid out a clear strategic map for Sales teams to present to Retailers in a time of chaos and unclear paths forward.

Duracell / Modular Kiosk Content Format

GOAL: Needed an easy way to allow Duracell Innovation Lab hosts to customize content delivery on the fly.

SOLUTION: Developed an intuitive tile based touchscreen interface with modular storylines that allow the host to guide the discussion and bounce from topic to topic based on customer interest.
